Chef William Taylor boasts more than twenty years of culinary experience, lending his expertise to elevate dining experiences and offering an innovative approach to menu development. Chef William has helmed the culinary program for esteemed properties such as the Washington Marriott at Metro Center and the Westin Georgetown in Washington, DC.

As Executive Chef at the Washington Marriott Metro Center, Chef William spearheaded the menu development for the property's new dining concept, Spotted Zebra. The menu features familiar yet elevated dishes with nods to classic American fare

Prior to this role, Chef William was Executive Chef at the Westin Georgetown for more than 10 years. With certifications from E-Cornell and Rouxbe Cooking School, Chef William has completed meticulous training and extensive culinary educational programs to hone his craft. Chef's culinary journey reflects a commitment to continual improvement and a passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences in Washington, D.C
